Fit and Happy
I am 20 years old, 5'7", and I live in Canada. This blog is following my journey to a fit and happy me. With proper eating and exercise, I am on my way to finding a healthier version of myself. I hope you can be encouraged!
I am all about doing this the healthy way. I do not support eating disorders, but if you are struggling with one you can definitely talk to me about it. I have also struggled with, and still take medication for clinical depression, so you can talk to me about that as well. I would love to help you with anything you are dealing with, so feel free to drop by my ask box!

I am having a good day! I went for an interview this morning and got offered the job! I was worried about leaving the job I have now without giving 2 weeks noticed, and thought my current boss might be upset, but it went fine and she took it well! So, I start this new job on Thursday! Finally, I can maybe have some sort of financial stability!
Went to “The Village” to buy some business casual stuff for this new job, and stole some clothes from my mom as well :P
Now I have to write my French lesson for tutoring tomorrow.
