Day One: Post a picture of yourself! Either use a picture of you at your heighest weight or a current picture of yourself.
Day Two: Post an old picture of yourself and explain the story behind it.
Day Three: Record your intake for the entire day! [If you are recovering from an eating disorder, or this step with cause you any problems, please skip it!]
Day Four: Tell us about a time when you were truly happy!
Day Five: Do something silly today! Whether it be dancing like a fool (in public or in your own house), dressing up like Cher, or wearing a tutu the entire day, do something that you consider a little silly that will make you happy!
Day Six: Try a new food! It can be a piece of fruit or veggie, or a whole new dish! Let us know what you tried and whether or not you liked it!
Day Seven: Is there a Fitblr you go to for motivation when you’re lacking? If so, who is it? If not.. shamelessly promo a Fitblr that you love today!
Day Eight: Try a new exercise today! Whether it’s a machine that you’ve always been too nervous to use at the gym, a class you’ve always wanted to take, yoga videos, Insanity, hiking, try it this week. Do at least one workout or exercise that you’ve never done before, and have fun with it! Tell us if you love it or hate it.
Day Nine: Do nothing for at least ten minutes. Lay down, close your eyes, listen to something soothing, and do nothing. Take at least ten minutes just to relax and take care of yourself.
Day Ten: If you knew you could not fail, what is something you would love to do?
Day Eleven: What song always makes you want to get up and go?
Day Twelve: Tell us about a bad habit that you have. Are you working to change it at all?
Day Thirteen: Take a picture of yourself in your favourite thing to wear. Why do you love it so much?
Day Fourteen: Find a new recipe that you want to try. You don’t have to try it today, because you may not have everything you need, but at least find the recipe. Please share the deliciousness you find!
Day Fifteen: Do something just for you! Tell us about it :)
Day Sixteen: Spread the love! Tell at least 5 other people on Tumblr how amazing they are, anonymously or not!
Day Seventeen: Write a love letter to yourself. Post it if you like, but make sure it is truly loving!
Day Eighteen: Post a photo of your inspiration. Whether it is a person, a saying, nature, or something else, show us what inspires you and keeps you going!
Day Nineteen: What has been the biggest struggle for you in creating your new lifestyle?
Day Twenty: What do you find yourself craving more than anything? How do you deal with these cravings?
Day Twenty-One: What is your favourite exercise to do? This can be a specific move, or more general such as yoga.
Day Twenty-Two: What are some exercises that you have a love-hate relationship. So, one or more than you may hate in the moment, but you love how they make you feel/look.
Day Twenty-Three: Have you made an inspiration/motivation board? If so, post a picture. If not, you should make one then post a picture! If you don’t want to do it, describe what you would put on one if you did make it.
Day Twenty-Four: What is one thing you absolutely love about your body? Post a picture and show us your loveliness!
Day Twenty-Five: What is your favourite healthy snack? How did you stumble upon it, and do you use it to replace a former unhealthy snack you used to mow down on?
