Thanks so much! This means a lot to me! I have posted some pictures of myself before, and I do have brown hair but I haven’t posted any pictures recently.
My starting weight was 269+lbs when I started this journey, and last I checked I was at 242lbs, but have gained a bunch of muscle as well!
I struggle most with eating. I find it easiest to stay on track when I plan my meals. If I can plan, and organize them the night before I am more likely to eat properly and stay away from junk. I also write to myself giving myself advice when it comes to eating, and that can help. Be prepared to combat your cravings for junk with healthy alternatives! When it comes to exercise, find something that you like to do, and it will feel like less of a chore! Try getting a friend to join a class, or go running/biking with you to make it more enjoyable!
If you ever have any questions, or you need someone to talk to, I’m always available!
