Like six times a week. I trained with my personal trainer 3 times a week, and on my own 3 times a week. This lasted for a few weeks, and then I think I burned myself out a little bit and was at the gym less than that.
LOVE this video of her! Hard to believe just a few weeks ago she was cheering me on during my last heavy rep on a tempo back squat. (I was struggling hard and I heard her behind me, “C’moooon… get up… up up up up uuuppp! You got iiiittt!”) And the last time we spoke, I offered her one of those brownies George and Teddy love so much - which she politely turned down, but told me to have some waiting for her after the Games. I told her I’d have a tray waiting for her and I will. Couldn’t be happier to have her at our box! :]
