Fit and Happy
I am 20 years old, 5'7", and I live in Canada. This blog is following my journey to a fit and happy me. With proper eating and exercise, I am on my way to finding a healthier version of myself. I hope you can be encouraged!
I am all about doing this the healthy way. I do not support eating disorders, but if you are struggling with one you can definitely talk to me about it. I have also struggled with, and still take medication for clinical depression, so you can talk to me about that as well. The Photoshop monster strikes again!
This is what it is folks! This is the same woman, and the same dress, but clearly not the same amount of editing!

Excess Photoshop is often noticed in Kardashian ads, but another thing that can be noticed is the amount of clothing worn by each sister.
Khloe is very often seen in their ads wearing significantly more clothing than the other two sisters.
Why? Is it simply because that’s what she’s comfortable in, or is it something else? Is it the media telling the world, yet again, that thinner women are more beautiful, sexy, and desirable than bigger women.
Khloe is often Photoshopped to look the same height as her sisters, when in reality she is 5’10” compared to her sisters who stand at 5’0” and 5’2”.
