Saw this in the grocery store, my reaction: “what the fuck is this shit.”
Seriously, peanuts and “zero calories” do not belong anywhere near one another. This, my friends, is a chemical shit storm.
but it says “natural” on the label!
seriously though what the FUCK is it if it doesn’t contain calories? Food has calories. Something with no calories therefore is not a food. If it’s not a food why would you even consider eating it?
Besides, calories are good for you.
Look how far down anything peanut-related is on the list. “Natural Roasted Peanut Flavour” and “Natural Peanut Extract” are 6th and 7th on the list.
The fact that it’s call “Peanut Spread” worries me a little. “Spread”?
And it *Contains trace calories*.

Everybody has different motivation. I have a personal trainer, so she keeps me motivated. I also have a friend that I work out with and she helps too! I have a cork board of motivational pictures and quotes to look at. Find an exercise that you enjoy doing, and it will seem like less of a chore!
“BULGING MUSCLES LOOK MANNISH?”
Let me see:
mannish - adj. often derogatory
(of a woman) having characteristics that are stereotypically associated with men and can be considered unbecoming in a woman
Mind you, Star Magazine.. my arms are anything BUT “unbecoming”. This is exactly the reason why women fear physical strength.
Stupid-as-crap articles like this are practically insulting women for not adhering to the stereotype that were instilled in us as children that men should be our knights in shining armors, while women sit around being damsels in distress.
I’m sick of that. I’m doing this for myself. I don’t want weakness as an excuse anymore, so I’m doing something about it. And if these “bulging muscles” result from it, then SO BE IT. Although quite frankly.. I think my arms look ridiculously awesome.
So really, just shut up and kiss my sexy ass.
