Fit and Happy
I am 20 years old, 5'7", and I live in Canada. This blog is following my journey to a fit and happy me. With proper eating and exercise, I am on my way to finding a healthier version of myself. I hope you can be encouraged!
I am all about doing this the healthy way. I do not support eating disorders, but if you are struggling with one you can definitely talk to me about it. I have also struggled with, and still take medication for clinical depression, so you can talk to me about that as well. This is my 12 year old sister, Stephanie.
Today I saw cuts on her wrist..
12 years old…BECAUSE OF BULLYING FROM HER “FRIENDS.”
Apparently she’s a “hoe”, “pregnant”, “ugly”… etc.
She’s really not though, she’s beautiful and sweet. She never hurts anyone and…
This girl is SO beautiful. Don’t be okay with living in a world that would tell her otherwise.
