I think the biggest trick is to remember to focus on where you are going to be, not where you are. Don’t get caught up in, “I still have X amount of weight to lose-it’s impossible!” Think, “I’ve already lost X amount of weight and I can totally keep going!”
It’s good to have a weight loss buddy as well that can encourage you when you are feeling down, and let you know how good you are doing. Is there anything in particular that you are having trouble staying motivated with, like eating well or working out?
