I would really like to get into yoga, and I was wondering how you guys do it? Like, do you have a DVD, do you just know poses and do them? I have Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown, but that’s not really the kind of yoga I’m looking to do. I am looking more to improve my flexibility and relax, rather than curse Jillian Michaels and her family. Know what I mean?
