The are going to be weekly, because I know I do better with short term goals. Each week there will be a “winner”. Depending on how many people there are, we may do teams. The challenges will be based on nutrition, fitness, self-love, breaking-habits, and personal goals/milestones. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to let me know!
