Fit and Happy

I am 20 years old, 5'7", and I live in Canada. This blog is following my journey to a fit and happy me. With proper eating and exercise, I am on my way to finding a healthier version of myself. I hope you can be encouraged!

I am all about doing this the healthy way. I do not support eating disorders, but if you are struggling with one you can definitely talk to me about it. I have also struggled with, and still take medication for clinical depression, so you can talk to me about that as well. I would love to help you with anything you are dealing with, so feel free to drop by my ask box!
