THANK YOU! I’m so sick of people talking about “negative calorie food”. Stop worrying so much, stop looking for easy ways out. Eat to take care of your body!
I’m so sick of seeing these depressing “fitspo/thinspo” pictures. You know the pictures.. The ones that are basically saying, “Suck it up, fatty”. Some black and white picture of a skinny girl looking in a mirror and text saying how much it “sucks to be fat”.
I don’t know if this stuff works for you guys, but it doesn’t for me. I like things that tell me the benefits of being healthy, not how much I should hate myself for being overweight. Stay positive, folks.

Who says Valentines Day has to be for your other half? Take a break, treat yourself, be it a nice meal or a hard workout. Have a bubble bath, use a face mask. Do some yoga. :)
I saw a post about a week ago suggesting that after you have binged or eaten too much that you should wrap duck tape around your stomach. I had to ask the person that wrote that to clarify, because I was sure that I misunderstood what they were saying-they couldn’t possibly be saying what I think they’re saying. In fact, they were. The idea of duck taping your stomach to make it look or feel smaller, or worse yet as a type of punishment and portion control is awful.
Please, do not do this. Not only is it ridiculous to suggest controlling what you eat by something like this, it is unhealthy. If you want a flatter stomach, get on the floor and do some crunches. Never punish yourself for eating in any way. All that is going to do is cause negative and unhealthy feelings towards food, which is not beneficial in weight loss.
Please do this the healthy way. Stay beautiful :)
