Who says Valentines Day has to be for your other half? Take a break, treat yourself, be it a nice meal or a hard workout. Have a bubble bath, use a face mask. Do some yoga. :)
I see all these people that reward themselves with something when they reach different goal weights, such as a new purse, manicure, a new outfit, etc. I don’t do this, because I’m not really sure I see the point. If it was “Drop 25 pounds and someone else will buy you an outfit” I’d be totally on board, but as it is I would still have to fork over the money to buy whatever I’m rewarding myself with. For me the reward is losing the weight, and if I want a manicure, purse, outfit, etc. I just buy it for myself.
So, what do you guys do? Do you use rewards? Why or why not? What kind of stuff do you use for rewards?
